MS Timor-Leste is dedicated to providing quality and affordable care
Since 2006, over 250,000 clients have visited our service sites where we provide quality, comprehensive sexual and reproductive health information and services to the women and men of Timor-Leste.
We focus on providing all our clients with a warm, comfortable and reassuring experience. We also work in partnership with the Ministry of Health and the Australian Embassy in Timor-Leste to deliver services to the most remotes part of the country.
How we deliver our services
We have outreach teams working in 12 municipalities across Timor-Leste and mobile tents that can be used to provide services in remote and hard to reach locations. We also have a national youth hotline – Liña Foin-Sa’e, and a Family Health Clinic in Dili.
Outreach teams
Our outreach teams deliver services across 12 municipalities in Timor-Leste. The teams work directly in support of Municipality Health Services and often travel to remote and hard to reach locations.
Mobile tents
We use mobile tents to provide services in remote and hard to reach locations of the country. Mobile tents focus on increasing access to services across high-need and low-access communities.
Liña Foin-Sa’e
Liña Foin-Sa’e is our national youth hotline providing comprehensive information on healthy relationships and reproductive health to young people in Timor-Leste.
Family Health Clinic
We currently operate a Family Health Clinic in Bidau Lecidere, Dili. Our clinic team is comprised of highly competent and experienced nurses, midwives and doctors.

We use evidence to guide our decisions and use a best practice approach through all the work we do.
Education
Our experienced educators provide sexual and reproductive health information to communities across Timor-Leste through a range of settings.
